At Sandlark Silver, we package each piece of handmade jewellery with care. Please review our delivery terms and rates below.

Delivery Scope

We deliver exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer international shipping.

UK Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Standard P&P: £3.99 on all orders under £90.

  • FREE Shipping: Available on all UK orders over £90.

Please Note: Free shipping applies strictly to orders shipped to a single UK delivery address in a single shipment. If an order needs to be split across multiple addresses or separate dispatches, standard shipping rates will apply to each additional package.

Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Handmade Items: As our silver jewellery is packed and sent individually, please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch.

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, standard orders are typically delivered within 2-5 working days via Royal Mail / tracked delivery.

  • Tracking: You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order is on its way.

Delivery Issues & Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to cover replacement or re-shipping costs if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided.
